When I had originally submitted the Diameter SRT functionality, the SRT table
had only one combined row for all commands. There was a TODO to provide a
break-up of the SRT entries by command...
This patch implements that functionality.
The changes have been checked using checkAPIs and checkhf and 10 passes of fuzz
testing have been done using a capture which contains around 1870 diameter
packets.
