The "invalids" flags in an NDMP TAPE_GET_STATE reply do not display correctly.
Some flags display as valid if the invalid flag is set, and some flags display
as invalid if the invalid flag isn't set.
Also, Wireshark reports malformed packet errors in the reply for NDMP v4. NDMP
v4 TAPE_GET_STATE reply doesn't not have a "tape partition" field, but
Wireshark tries to dissect the reply as if it were there. NDMP v5 has a
partition field, but not NDMP v4.
