oids.c was fixed in SVN #27753 to use smiFree() for libsmi versions >= 0.4.8.

Note that Windows Wireshark is currently distributed with libsmi v 0.4.8 and
thus future versions of Windows Wireshark which include this oids.c fix will
correctly use smiFree().

Non-Windows versions of Wireshark (U*ix) will use smiFree() if libsmi 0.4.8 or
greater is available.
