Using wireshark 0.99.6 the attached trace file is correct recognised and
decoded as RANAP over sccp over ip. When using 1.0.3/4/5/6 the RANAP part is
not decoded.

It is not known if the problem is present in 0.99.7 or newer up to 1.0.2.
