-v", or "tshark -v".

Running this command

$>WIRESHARK_RUN_FROM_BUILD_DIRECTORY=1 /home/tfoerste/devel/wireshark/wireshark

as a normal user works, but if I'm root then the folder for "Global
Configuration" is set to "/usr/local/share" instead of
"home/tfoerste/devel/wireshark"
