The standards ISO10589 state that the checksum check is always succesful for
zero lifetime LSP.
This is because an IS must remove the variable part of expired LSPs before
flooding but must not update the checksum.
However wireshark report a corrupted checksum message for such LSP. Seems not
right.
Wireshark should ignore the checksum for zeroed lifetime LSP.
