Rename needed files from gsmmap to gsm_map

Since the rename of packet-gsmmap.X files in packet-gsm_map.X files, the
automatic building and copy of those files from ASN.1 description is broken:
"/asn1/nmake -f Makefile.nmake gsmmap" command fails because it does not find
packet-gsmmap.c file.
To fix this, you need to rename three files from ...gsmmap... to ...gsm_map...
