Sorry to have left this hanging.
Although I did make some more progress, I realised I was on the wrong track and
ought to be using the conversation framework rather than adding more and more
tables.
The conversation classes are a bit TCP/IP centric but should be adaptable but
unfortunately I ran out of time before being able to try this path.

The patch covers the normal case of L2CAP running without a baseband flush
timeout, and with both peers being responsive enough not to cause the
retransmission timer to fire.
It doesn't cover the error recovery cases.

So I'd say it is valid, as it improves the functionality of wireshark.
But it isn't complete enough to close this bug.

Don't wait for the omissions to be addressed, because I haven't had a chance to
work on this for the last few months.
