Between 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 the rpm/SPECS/wireshark.spec.in file had the man path
changed from /usr/man to the (probably more correct) /usr/share/man.
Unfortunately the higher level makefile does the install into /tmp into the
/usr/man still, so the rpm build fails. I'm not sure how to fix the upper level
makefile to do the tmp install into /usr/share/man, but the alternative is to
revert the rpm/SPECS/wireshark.spec.in file, which is easy.
