I have tried a few similar cases and the application behavior is the same like
in .jpeg case. For example I tried download some large .exe file via HTTP. I
found HTTP packet with server answer (HTTP/1.1 200 OK ...) and when I clicked
to "[Reassembled TCP Segments.." field or to "Media Type" field the Wireshark
started using all processor time.
