wireshark depends upon gtk/libui.a and codecs/libcodec.a

It seems to me that Makefile.am needs updating slightly to indicate that
wireshark depends upon gtk/libui.a (and codecs/libcodec.a).
Since I don't speak "automake" very well (and since this bug seems a little
surprising after all this time) I may be missing something.
So: I'm attaching a patch for review rather than just committing it.
