When multipart message parts contain other multipart message parts, wireshark
doesn't show the message part tree correctly. The first part of the inner part
is showed correctly, but the second one is again out, child of the root node.
so, the message should be
part1
part2
part2.1
part2.2
part2.3
part3
but wireshark shows
part1
part2
part2.1
part2.2
part2.3
part3
