This is not a bug for "my capture interfaces don't show up", it's a bug for a
crash with "dumpcap -L".  For the missing interfaces problem, try downloading
WinDump:

    http://www.winpcap.org/windump/install/default.htm

and running "windump -D"; if that also doesn't show those interfaces, it's a
WinPcap problem, so you'd need to report it as a WinPcap problem:
