Packet capture with frame 4 containg an IUA message with two interface
identifiers

Running on Linux 2.6.24-19-generic, with libpcap version 0.9.8.
Built using gcc 4.2.3 (Ubuntu 4.2.3-2ubuntu7).

The IUA dissector assumes that the Interface Identifier field (tag 0x01)
carries only one interface identifier. However, RFC3057 states that the
Interface Identifier field can contain more than one interface identifier.
I have attached a packet capture showing the problem as well as a patch for
this bug.
