Issue:
When an SS7 MSU encapsulated in a syslog packet is incomplete and the number of
hex digits is not even (indicating that the bytes are not complete), trying to
decode the packet as syslog will cause Wireshark to crash.
Reproduction:
- Open the attached dump in WS.
- Decode As > syslog
WS will crash.
Fix:
The attached patch will prevent this crash.
