OMAP does not describe in any of its parts any encoding of any type of
manageable object. No encoding... no decoder!
The OMAP framework (Q.75x) defines management interfaces in terms of what, how,
where and what is to be managed by an exchange and which are the interfaces to
manage these.
Q.750 defines the framework
Q.751.x defines the various MIMs (managed) for MTP, SCCP, ecc.
Q.752 defines what and how is to be measured
Q.753 defines a series of verification tests for MTP and SCCP
Q.754 defines what in each application can be managed and how
Q.755.x defines the basic functionality of various system testers
Q.756 explains how to implement the prior specs.
Nothing to decode... it's mostly a definition for a Man-Machine-Interface.
