NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter
syntax.
Running on Linux 2.6.17-12-generic, with libpcap version 0.9.4.
Built using gcc 4.1.2 20060928 (prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.1.1-13ubuntu5).

Corrected decode of a BACnet ReadRange request with no range specified (i.e.
all) which showed ‘malformed packet’ in the decoder. Compiled, tested, and
fuzz tested. Thank you to Lori for submitting this bug along with captures!
