I have just upgraded from Ethereal 0.99.0 to Wireshark 1.0.0. Great
Improvements!!
I went to test the capture on my dialup modem and there is no generic interface
anymore in the list.

AS you can see, I run XP 32 not 64 bit, and I cannot get it to recognize the
generic dialup interface. It was there in 3.1.

Will Wireshark 1.0.0 work fine if I uninstall WinPcap 4.0.2 and reinstall 3.1
or is there a patch or fix I have overlooked in my search?
