Hi,

For DTAP (3GPP 24.008), 2 most significant bits for "message type" field gives
the sequence number (For R99 and higher networks, sequence number is 2 bits,
and For R98 and below sequence number is 1 bit). DTAP dissector in Wireahark
does not decode the sequence number, and just displays message type. Is it
possible to display the sequence number also? Attached you can find an extract
from the standard.
