Overview
After opening the "Open Capture File" dialog from the welcome page and then
cancelling it (without opening a file), any further action will bring up the
dialog again.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Start Wireshark
2) Click on "Open (Open a previously captured file)"
3) Click "Cancel" on the resulting "Open Capture File" dialog
4) Try to use any of the Wireshark controls.
Actual Results
Clicking anywhere in the Wireshark window, including the menus and toolbar, and
anywhere in the welcome page, brings in the "Wireshark: Open Capture File"
dialog.
Expected Results
The menus, toolbar and welcome continue to work as expected.
Additional Information:
The Open control on the welcome page is the only control which highlights when
the mouse is moved over it.
Choosing Open from the File menu, and then cancelling the dialog, does not
cause the same problem.
