xtp dissector source file

Hi, thanks for your comments.

I fixed all warning and replaced ep_alloc with auto variables. 

I check header length(XTP_HEADER_LEN) at the top of dissect_xtp() and check XTP
version later. I also check each payload size. Is there any check that I can ?
