without PortAudio, without AirPcap.
Running on Linux 2.6.23, with libpcap version 0.9.8.
Built using gcc 4.2.3 (Debian 4.2.3-2).

The WSLUA_CLASS_DEFINE macro has to be ended with ';'.
Documentation for shiftXxx(L,idx) added.
Replace "int dummy##C" with "typedef int dummy##C" as the later do not allocate
memory.
