Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

If the Wireshark window is shrunk to the point the "Packet Details" pane and
the "Packet Bytes" pane are not showing.  When the window is enlarged again,
the "Packet Bytes" pane may paint with horzontial lines across it.

A subsequent resize of the "Packet Bytes" pane or the "Packet Details" pane or
resizing the Wireshark window in the horizontal direction, repaints the "Packet
Bytes" pane correctly.
