In most cases only the Message Type field is displayed in the Packet Details
pane.
A range check was added to generic 'elem_tlv()', 'elem_v()', ...
functions that is incorrect. The incorrect range check causes
the information element dissection to be skipped.
The attached patch fixes the problem as well as adding enhanced
dissection for Cause, Service Option, and IS2000 Service Configuration
Records.
