Attached PCAP file will not decode GSM_MAP layer when used on WinXP. The PCAP
does decode properly on Linux.
In WinXP, Frames 3,4,5,6, 9,10,11,12 do not decode GSM_MAP data. I see "TCAP
Continue" and "TCAP End". Frames 1,2 and 7,8 decode GSM_MAP layer as well.
I believe that it is because these frames do not contain the TCAP DialogRequest
or DialogResponse elements.
This file will decode properly with Wireshark 0.99.5 on both Windows and Linux.
