Summary: Everytime I or anyone in my workgroup create a Filter
String on an IP address it stops when I get to the
second octet for about 10 seconds and will take input
during that time but not display it.

Built using gcc 3.4.6 20060404 (Red Hat 3.4.6-9).

of our servers all running the same OS and versions of Wireshark and by several
users.
