I'm at home now, so I have a Sniffer manual I can check, and the code in
Wireshark wasn't interpreting packet time stamps in the way that the Sniffer
manual indicates they should be interpreted.  I've checked in a change that
appears to fix the problem; try a wireshark-setup build of SVN-24296 or later
from
    http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/
