I was actually asking for a capture file, so that I can reproduce it with my
own build and be sure when the problem has been fixed.  My time is very limited
at the moment (otherwise I might've tried to find or create a similar capture
for myself), I'll look at it when I can, but I don't know if it'll be soon
enough for you.

The source code for generating PDML output is in wireshark/print.c.  It seems
straightforward enough to follow, if you have the motivation and a working
build.
