Version 0.99.8-SVN-23853 (SVN Rev 23853)

When running this SVN 23853 on a WinXP SP2 platform it works OK, until you
close the program. You then get the typical Windows "Wireshark has encountered
a problem and needs to close" error.

I have attached a zip containing screenshots of the error detail.
