Build Information:

The functions tvb_get_ephemeral_stringz and tvb_get_ephemeral_faked_unicode are
not listed in epan/libwireshark.def, causing them not to be exported from
libwireshark.dll.
That means that dissectors implemented as plugin cannot use these functions.
