FYI: From the gtk-app-devel-list (amongst others)...
New GTK+ 2.12.1 and Glib 2.14.2 have been announced. If past history is any
indication, the win32 versions of these libraries usually appear about a week
after these announcements.

Given the number of critical bugs fixed in this new GTK+ we will probably want
to get to the new win32 GTK+ 2.12.1, with Glib 2.14.2 sooner rather than later.
