Two NCP frames that cause Wiresharks to crash

This trace will (usually) crash/seg fault Wireshark and result in "Warn
Dissector bug, protocol NCP, in packet 2: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION: dissector
accessed an invalid memory address" message if and when one selects menu item
"Statistics" -> "Conversations"
