------- Comment #5 from wmeier@xxxxxxxxxxx 2007-09-14 15:33 GMT -------
I'm also unable to reproduce this crash using the tshark 0.99.6 release version
(ie: SVN #22325) built on a Fedora 7 Linux system.
I've even tried the command line as reported (i.e.: with the specification of
the nonexistent field).
Then again: I'm using what appears to be a somewhat more current toolchain
(compiler & libraries & etc).
Could this be essentially a "toolchain" issue or something similar ?
---------
Mine:
Compiled with GLib 2.12.13, with libpcap 0.9.7, with libz 1.2.3, with libpcre
7.0, without Net-SNMP, without ADNS, without Lua, with GnuTLS 1.4.5, with
Gcrypt
1.2.4, with MIT Kerberos.
Running on Linux 2.6.22.4-65.fc7, with libpcap version 0.9.7.
Built using gcc 4.1.2 20070502 (Red Hat 4.1.2-12).
