Latest Wireshark SVN build 22858 crashes when I open a capture file.

Error message from the 22858 version is:
The Wireshark Network Analyzer: wireshark.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x7c9326d" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory
could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

This happens with every capture file I have tried which contains ANSI TCAP and
ANSI MAP. I have tried a capture file with another protocol (without TCAP and
MAP) and it is ok.

This problem may be related to the fix for bug 1821, which I was trying to
test. The problem did not exist in SVN build 22833, but it does also exist in
22855.

The problem can be reproduced using the capture file attached to bug 1820.
