Sample capture of srvlock packets

Here is a sample of some srvloc V2 packets to work with. With SLP V2, encoding
is always UTF-8. The attributes are separated with a comma and if there is a
comma in the attribute is must be escape as \2C so parsing is fairly straight
forward. I have coded and tested a solution but it does not cover V1 which can
have different encodings. I have no way of testing this so I can not offer a
solution for V1.
