*msg_reassembled_table hashtable is not used in packet-sndcp.c reassembly code.
Hence my understanding is that reassembly is not "closed" when the last segment
is seen, and if another call comes with the same N-PDU number, it is added
wrongly to the first frame.
modified simply by replacing fragment_add_seq() with fragment_add_seq_check()
containing above mentionned hashtable as argument.
