The other characteristic of a bad/unacknowledged 802.11 frame is that it does
not have an 802.11 ACK immediately following it. So when decoding, the parser
for TCP (and other upper layer protocols) do may want to ignore this
bad/unacknowledged 802.11 frame.
We need to think of a way to do this because if 802.11 conditions are not being
recognized, all upper layer decodes will look wrong.
