Diameter dictionary doesn't include AVP Couse-Code (may be due to the
specificatio which is not included into RFC 3588 and 4006, instead it's
included in the 3GPP specification "3GPP TS 32.299 - 740").
Results: in the Packet details view, it's shown "Unknown AVP"
