NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter
syntax.
Running on Linux 2.4.20-8, with libpcap (version unknown).
Built using gcc 3.2.2 20030222 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.2-5).

There is a problem of text display for the Timezone DST parameter:
In the BCID the hexadecimal DST value is displayed as '1' and
in the header the DST value is displayed as '0'
