Build Information:
I run a customized version of Wireshark that includes proprietary dissectors,
but it is based on the following:
Version 0.99.5
Compiled with GTK+2.10.7, with GLib 2.12.7, with WinPcap (version unknown),
with libz 1.2.3, with libpcre 6.4, with Net-SNMP 5.4, with ANDS, with Lua 5.1,
with GnuTLS 1.6.1, with Gcrypt 1.2.3, with MIT Kerberos, with PortAudio
PortAudio V19-devel, with AirPcap.
Running on Windows XP Service Pack 2, build 2600, with WinPcap version 4.0

Discussions about adding support for File -> Import capability using text2pcap
led to the realization that text2pcap does not properly handle/parse capture
files exported to text with packet summary and/or details information included.
Before text2pcap can be used in a File -> Import capacity, text2pcap
functionality should be corrected to properly parse the files.
In addition, if timestamp information is available as part of the packet
summary information, then text2pcap should make use of it, if at all possible.
