I am seeing the same behaviour. I am building the 0.99.5 source package on
windows XP and Visual Studio 2005 express and the same tarball works fine in
linux when compiled. In windows it crashes whenever i select an interface for
capture
Windump -D gives a list of interfaces correctly too.
