It would be really nice, if it was possible to define "shortcut" buttons on
toolbars for different Wireshark's functionality. 

For example, I tend to use "VoIP calls" window very often and I waste each day
a lot of time clicking through menu every time I want to analyze calls. 

In fact, there should also be a command line option to open this window
directly.

Wireshark is a great tool and is very useful for me in my daily work. Thanks!
