The only packet in the capture file for that stream is an initial SYN that gets
bounced back in the ICMP packet in question, so there's no data in the capture
for the stream.
I've added a check for the case where there's no data in the packets, which
pops up an error dialog indicating that. (I'm not sure the error is phrased as
well as I'd like, but it's clearer than "Short read from temporary file".)
That's checked in with revision 21870.
