Other than making the SliMP3 dissector a "new-style" dissector that checks to
see whether the packet looks enough like an SliMP3 packet and, if it doesn't,
rejects the packet so another dissector can try it, there's really not much you
can do - there's no criterion other than "what does the packet look more like?"
to handle a packet that goes between a port that's assigned to one dissector
and a port that's assigned to another dissector.
It might be possible to do checks of that sort.
