When building in the source tree, "make distclean" deletes src files, among
others epan/dtd_parse.c:
I was playing around with compile options so I wanted to start from a clean
slate and ran a "make distclean". After that I couldn't run the "configure"
script properly. I also noticed that epan/dtd_parse.c no longer existed after
that.
