When specifying a WEP key in the IEEE 802.11 properties, the example indicates
you can enter the key as colon-separated bytes. However, Wireshark fails to
decrypt packets when the key is entered with a colon-delimeter, and will only
decrypt frames if the key is specified with no delimeter between key bytes.
