bug is somewhere in rtp_analysis.c rtp_packet_save_payload around line 940:
wireshark hangs while writing gig-sized files in /tmp trying to save silence,
but if statinfo->delta_timestamp is negative this fails.
bug happens with attached dump analyzing the stream with the correct UDP
checksum.
