When using Diameter protocol, the IMS-Information AVP is recognized as type
UTF8String. It is wrong, as it is a Grouped AVP.
This is pretty important, because due to this wrong type, it's impossible to
see the AVPs encapsulated within the group. And there can be real lots of them
inside.
