Opening a iSeries trace file fails with the error below. I suspect this may be
because the iSeries in question has 'Uppercase English' OS installed (SBCS 2950
and DBCS 2938)in stead of normal US English (SBCS 2924).
Uppercase English is often installed so the English Menu's and others display
correct on non-latin-based SBCS and DBCS clients, like Arabic, Japaneese,
Chineese, etc. So in a way, I could argue this is about compatibility with a
lot of non-latin languages.
I can provide sample output. Though a bit of a niche, I would appriciate
compatibility with Uppercase English.
