The fuzz testing script (tools/fuzz-test.sh) checks for an invalid capture file
by running capinfos on it first. Capinfos now says BadTCPChecksum.eth is an
MPEG file. It looks like additional checks may need to be added to
wiretap/mpeg.c. I'm on the road right now, but I might be able to work on it
in a couple of days.
